Thespian

In the neighborhood of the historical tenement buildings at Plac Powstańców Śląskich, only 15 minutes away from the Old Town, a modern apartment building with office and retail spaces will be erected.

Thespian is designed in modernism style and has an original, outstanding silhouette. Glazed double-skin façades enriched with aluminum elements will lend an air of lightness to the body of the structure. The most presentable, front façade will overlook the green, tree-covered part of the square.

There will be 38 high class apartments in the building. The spacious, bright interiors are freely arrangeable.

The planned location of the office and retail&service spaces are on the ground and first floors of the building. The design also provides for an internal, representative foyer with a reception desk. People using the offices and commercial areas will have no access to the residential area.

The building will have an underground parking, for over 70 cars
